We are pleased to announce our opening of a part-time office in the new Diabetes Wellness and Healthcare facility located at 1553 Highway 44 East in Shepherdsville, Kentucky 40165. 

Karen Eastridge, who is a Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Diabetic Educator, has chosen to open this new facility to provide primary care to her existing diabetic patient population in Bullitt County.  We are privileged to be among one of the specialty groups Nurse Eastridge has invited to join in the care of these patients.  Our ability to treat diabetic eye disease before vision loss will help improve the lives of many Bullitt County residents.      

Dr. Carol Parker and Dr. Hayley Woodruff will begin seeing patients at this facility in September.  Patients with advanced diabetic eye disease may need to be referred to Dr. Sean Murphy at our Audubon office location for more extensive treatment.

We look forward to the success of this joint venture with Nurse Eastridge and serving the residents of Bullitt County.
